The long tail theory
The long tail theory was created by the editor of 'Wired' magazine Chris Anderson in 2006. It is a way in which the broadband era of the internet changed the way in which we as consumers buy our products. It has transformed economics, commerce and consumption in the 21st Century. Examples of this are Amazon, Social networking sites and youtube.
